The 13 ept apprentices celebrated the successful completion of their training at a dinner together with their instructors and the HR Manager.

13 apprentices celebrate the successful completion of their training

Yet another reason to celebrate: The spring examinations are over and the scores are in: All 13 apprentices have successfully completed their apprenticeship training. Ten toolmakers, one mechatronic technician, and two dual study students celebrated the successful completion of their training. Some of them even performed above and beyond: Thomas Eirenschmalz, a mechatronic technician, achieved a vocational school grade point average of 1.4, and dual study student Carina Kelz received a CCI grade point average of 1 – both excellent marks.

In early March, the graduates attended a festive meal together with their instructors and HR Manager Joachim Ruber at the restaurant Gasthof Dragoner in Peiting. The graduates enjoyed the good food and toasted their success, and Mr. Ruber himself personally handed the former apprentices their certificates. Along with the diplomas and his personal congratulations, the HR Manager also presented each former apprentice with a cash bonus based on his or her individual examination results. The 13 young men and women were also celebrating the start of their careers; each and every one of them was offered a permanent position at ept.
